Report demonstrates effectiveness of information controls
In December, Kane LPI Solutions successfully concluded its first SOC 1 audit of its Service Centers. SOC (Service Organization Control®) 1 reports enable organizations which provide information system-based services to clients to demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of their internal procedures and controls.
“There were a number of reasons for obtaining a third-party SOC 1 review of our operations,” explains Chris Gorski, Group Head of Legal, Compliance and Risk. “However, a primary reason was that it helps to further enhance the levels of trust and confidence that our clients have in our ability to continually deliver the quality of service and maintain the highest levels of control over financial information.”
