Kane LPI receives license to trade in Cayman

Cayman provides ideal platform for fund administration services

Kane LPI Solutions has today announced that Kane LPI Solutions (Cayman) Limited has been licensed by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) to conduct company management-related business on the island under the Company Management Law (2003 Revision).

Kane LPI’s activities on the island will be headed up by Matthew Charleson, Head of LPI Fund Administration Services. “We are delighted to have been granted a license by CIMA,” he said. “Cayman has clearly established its position as the leading domicile for fund administration and offers a business and regulatory environment which is highly conducive to the growth of this sector.”

Kane LPI’s fund administration team has achieved strong growth in the sector in recent years, providing a range of services, extending from assistance and guidance on the initial structuring and set-up of the fund to fund registrar and transfer services. “Our aim,” explains Charleson, “is to provide flexible, cost-effective, scalable administration solutions to the hedge fund and investment fund sector, and Cayman provides an ideal platform for this.”
