Kane appoints new Group Chief Financial Officer
Peter Greenslade named as Group CFO
Kane, a leading provider of specialist risk and insurance management services, has today announced the appointment of Peter Greenslade as Group Chief Financial Officer.
In his new role, Mr Greenslade will be responsible for all finance functions across the Group, including day-to-day
finance management, client accounting and controlling the Company’s
overall fiscal strategy.
Mr Greenslade has held a number of senior financial positions, holding directorship roles for
over 20 years. Most recently, he was Group Finance Director for Axiom Consulting, a leading
insurance outsourcer, a post which he held for five years. Prior to this, Mr Greenslade held a
number of financial directorship positions, including: Group Finance Director for Spectron
Group (2002 – 2004) and Group Finance Director for Robert Walters Plc (2000 – 2002).
Commenting on his appointment, Stephen May, Chief Executive Officer, Kane said: “Today’s

the business. Peter has established a fantastic track record in his 20-year career as a
financial director in both financial management and merger and acquisition activity. We look
