		Paul Aitchison joined Kane in March 2008 and is a Director of Kane Global Limited. Paul has 25 years insurance experience as an international reinsurance broker and has an in-depth understanding of Captives within the Broker role. Previously, he was Executive Director for Willis Group and part of the aerospace reinsurance team at reinsurance broker Benfield. Paul holds an MBA from Henley Management College.
