Kane LPI has today revealed the findings of its latest client survey. Conducted in May 2016, and spanning all of the firm’s LPI and fund administration clients, the survey revealed that over 83% of respondents were “highly satisfied” with the work of the Kane LPI team.
In addition, of those surveyed some 92% stated that they were “extremely likely” to recommend Kane LPI both for its LPI solutions and fund administration services.
When asked to rate the team’s performance on specific areas of service delivery, all clients considered their responsiveness to be either “excellent” or “very good”. Similarly, in terms of quality of service, system capabilities, security, quality of service and flexibility of operational processing, the firm was rated either “excellent” or “very good” by every respondent.
“Commenting on the overall performance, one client stated: “The leadership team at Kane act as true partners and their team services our distributors and customers as if they were their own”. Another added: “The most valuable assets are people. The Kane team are knowledgeable and dedicated. They are professional and make great partners.”
